The Mill at Tuscany Wine Estate Resort

My wife and I stayed two nights at the Tuscany Resort. Went for dinner at the Brokenback Bar first night. Sipping a few cold drinks with brilliant, relaxing view of the wineries. Had dinner at the restaurant, a chicken and beef cheek dish on a...bed polenta. Could have done with a few more veggies. We had breakfast included in our stay, continental or full English. Service was excellent by our Nepalese waiter, so polite and made us very welcome. We were planning to have dinner somewhere else, however, we enjoyed the first night dinner so much that we returned and joined two other guests for a few more cold drinks and a shared pizza. Thanks for the service, experience and will see you again when we return to the Hunter Valley

Great pizza, recurring weinberge and mountain views, indoor/outside dining, relaxing background tunes, a huge selection of alcoholic drinks to choose the best customer service. What can they ask for more? many thanks to the manager kris for always a great customer support.

The manager on this particular day, was ever professional, managing two restaurants during the lunch service. Initially staff weren't going to seat us because the kitchen was short staffed and experiencing delays, but the manager saw us leaving and intervened, made sure we were seated...and served quickly and efficiently. Within minutes our food came out, and I received the best fish and chips I've ever eaten. The fish was immaculate! Beautiful and crispy batter, well portioned and yummy chips! Well done to the team during a difficult time! Couldn't have asked for anything better after half a day of wine tasting!

We recently visited for lunch. Great selection of food and drinks. Although it was not busy, it did take a little while for our food to arrive. Chips were amazing, however, the pizza, although delicious, could have had a crispier base. A relaxed lunch venue.

We stayed at Estate Tuscany and went to Brokenback Bar and The Mill restaurant each day. We enjoyed the food at both and the service was fantastic. I had the gnocchi for my last meal there, if I had it on the first night I...would have had it every night, it was so delicious. The service at both was always friendly and polite. The management worked very hard to make sure all our needs were met throughout the duration of our stay and this professional attitude carried though to all the staff. I would recommend a visit, we will be back
