Restaurant Cuvee at Peterson House

Went here as part of the Red Balloon helicopter flight + bubbly breakfast event - cannot fault it. Landed on the lawn at the front and walked into the restaurant. The place was completely full - I've been to the Hunter a few times and was unaware of Cuvée until now. Food was great and a glass of bubbly made the difference. Service was good but the staff were pushed by the sheer number of guests. Would definitely return but you will need to book.

After reading the reviews we thought we'd try here for the eggs Benedict and bubbly brekky. I agree with another reviewer, the sauce on the eggs Benedict was really nice, the eggs were perfect as well. We'll probably be back the next time we stay at the Hunter.

We stopped here for breakfast & were fortunate that they could fit us in without a booking, it gets busy! Gorgeous restaurant & fantastic staff. The coffee is excellent & the breakfasts were sensational! I had the bubby breakfast & hubby had the Eggs Benedict, both were perfect. In fact, hubby even went so far as to say it was the best sauce he's ever had & he's a very fussy customer when it comes to his Benny. Thanks for an excellent meal!

After all the hype and excitement of wanting to experience the bubbly breakfast at cuvée all I can say is disappointed Precooked and cold like a buffet breakfast

Who can pass up a great big breakfast with a glass of bubbly ! overlooking beautiful gardens. Great service and wonderful food. Lovely spot for a special occasion.
