Dunkin' - POINT PLEASANT BEACH

Gave me a stale corn muffin from drive through! Didn’t give me receipt. Called and said I want my money back! Went there with proof on my rewards account and woman got very defensive. She wanted to give me a “softer” muffin. She knew the one I received was stale! Hard as a rock. Demanded my money back! It was the principle!!! I wouldn’t recommend this franchise!!!

There was hair in my bacon so you might want to stay away from that. or the whole establishment especially the older women who's never smiled once in her life and is the most rude i've ever seen

I've been here so many times and not ONCE have they gotten my order right. I was even joking about it as my bf came back with my blueberry muffin that turned out to be a chocolate chip muffin. I even brought back a wrong item once and left with what I thought was the correct item only to find out it was once again wrong once I got home. Literally never coming back here.

It is currently 8:30, As I was parking and tried to go inside and get coffee one female worker ran up to the door and locked it, there were customers inside drinking coffee and the worker walked back behind the counter and was just leaning over the counter drinking coffee with them and talking. I asked her why she did that and she just signaled with her hands that they were closed when clearly they werent. The store hours not only online but on the door as well, say they close at 10, I tried going through the drive through but a voice saying they were closed played. There has been several instances where I go around 8-8:30 and they say they are closed even though store hours says they close at 10. Will never be going to this dunkin’ donuts again, what a poor way to run a business.

I would.give negative 5 stars after the customer service my witnessed this morning. I have had issues in the past where when placing a order and you couldn't hear the lady behind the cash register would speak to softly and I had to ask what she said and she would get a nasty attitude. Today my wife witness them serve a customer coffee with sour milk. Then the argued with the customer over the milk being sour. The coffee my wife was served tasted like it was reused coffee grounds not fresh. Threw that coffee out and took her to Divi Tree. Where the customer service is excellent and coffee is fresh not reused.
