Eat ok service miserable. for the formation of my daughter a table for six people preordered. oma, mother, two siblings and me. the whole native naturally booked. that there will be delays, was somehow clear, but what came out of touch. Eat for all incl. drinks ordered. a pizza, an antipasti, four portions pasta. Waiting time: 2 hours for the pasta. all others came randomly on the table. no apologies, no explanation after a waiting period of about 1 hour. asks the older chefin said where the rest stays: they know about the problem that they have little personal. Maybe that's different from going to the city in an upscale restaurant, but here's the same thing, and maybe there's a robot soon. we were so confused that I, oma and mother calmed down that it was meant differently. we have seen more and more that other guests had already eaten. guests have already paid, although they came to us. So went to the chefin and asked. she said it was coming (but no explanation just a verbal apology). okay, I didn't think I used something now. it's about the little ones, and they should be their big day. after 2 hours the pasta came. which was solid, but also not revealing honestly! then came the bill €175, everything was billed. not coming, no explanation to ask for something. I can understand a lot. if something goes wrong, I can understand. no declaration and the customers wait incomprehensible. schnippy in the stress to react they are looking for another job. because they work in the service and are paid for. not even to offer a coffee for the customer shows what you think of the customers! especially because it was a good idea and what should be special. the children do not notice except for the long waiting period.

Was there for lunch today. have the lunch menu. Appetizer/main course/seat under 10€ and super tasty. wait less than 10min per meal. I'll do it again!

It is the best osteria in which I have ever been! super warm and courteous, with delicious food, all in a very pleasant ambiente. we were just a week in poing and have eaten there daily, lunch or evening, the lunch menu is cheap and delicious, the best restaurant on site! I have now reserved for a large family celebration.
