Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Ordered HiC fruit punch but the store receipt cut off the Fruit Punch part so I got regular hi C instead.

Absolutely horrible. the first time I ordered this sandwich, it was great no complaints. this time however it was a sloppy mess. the chicken was rock hard and burnt on one side. there was sauce pooled in the container and absolutely soaked the bun, it fell apart. the top bun was hard like a hockey puck and all of the lettuce was squishy and brown. consistentcy is definitely an issue here. I wont be ordering again thats for sure.

Had to wait almost 1 hour and then chicken wings were warm and 4 wings and 1 wing drum really disappointing meal.

Waited 35 minutes for ‘fast food’ (6 finger plate with fries- nothing extravagant).Ordered at 8:06pm, received food at 8:41pm ?Gave 2 stars because I’m thankful the food was correct BUT I think someone needs to check on this location’s employee training and speed of service. Drive through is wrapped around the building, not moving. Inside, several people are waiting for their order that was placed 30+ minutes ago and this includes online order pickup they’re still having to wait. The girls from the drive through are playing on their phones because the kitchen staff is too slow in putting out food. This location is always busy, so I expect a little wait. But not more than 30 minutes for an order in store or in the drive through.
