As a hotel guest, I had breakfast and dinner at this restaurant. Overall, I was very satisfied and pleased that the staff were knowledgeable about what vegan options are available. I would definitely recommend it! The breakfast buffet at the hotel was different each day, and they made sure to provide vegan options such as rice milk, rice or coconut pudding, hummus, tartaric acid, bionella, vegan chocolate, rice crackers with dark chocolate, etc. They also offered bread, jam, coffee, tea, and sometimes fresh fruits and vegetables. For dinner at the hotel (9€), I enjoyed a vegan soup (tomato/potato/mixed vegetable), a salad from the salad bar, and a main dish options included buckwheat with sweet and tofu skewers, spinach pasta with veggie sauce, quinoa with carrots, Swiss chard, and grilled vegetables with zucchini and puree.

The dinner buffet, priced at 9€, included a vegan soup (such as tomato, carrot, mushroom, or mixed veggie), a salad from the salad bar, a main dish (options like buckwheat with veggies and tofu skewers, spinach pasta with veggie sauce, burgers with potato Swiss chard and grilled veggies, patties with zucchinis and purée, or barley with veggies), and a vegan dessert, often featuring blueberries.
