Bidrage med feedbackIf you're looking for a restaurant where the food is worth your money, this is not the place for you. I ordered Lechon Kawali and was disappointed with the portion size, as I was served only 4 thin pieces with mostly fat. It cost 99 pesos with unlimited rice but no drinks, which I felt was not worth the price. I didn't even ask for more rice because the serving was not generous. I left feeling unsatisfied and ended up craving bread just to fill me up. On a positive note, I enjoyed the view on the second floor where you can see the mountains, as well as the live band playing while you dine.
On our way back to Manila, we were searching for a nice place to have a late lunch. When we stumbled upon Giligan's, with its ship-like decor and name, we were expecting a seafood specialty restaurant. However, it was actually a regular restaurant offering a variety of Filipino and continental dishes at reasonable prices, with the added bonus of unlimited rice. They also offer set menus for larger groups of four or more. The restaurant has a spacious second floor available for private gatherings or parties. The service was efficient and the parking area was ample. We highly recommend Giligan's for travelers in search of a good meal.
