Baskin-robbins - Pocomoke City

We visited a few weeks ago, and there was one woman managing both the drive-thru and the inside service. She was incredibly sweet and patient with our three daughters, going above and beyond to make them happy by providing samples while juggling taking orders and answering phone calls. It was as if she had six hands! What an impressive experience!

The ice cream was fantastic, and there were plenty of options to choose from. Initially, the staff didn't come across as very friendly or particularly eager to assist us. However, the employee who served us eventually became more welcoming.

This is the only Dunkin'/Baskin Robbins I've visited across 11 states that charges for an extra shot of flavor syrup in coffee. Seriously? Also, the coffee was old and tasted burnt.

The service was slow, but the food was excellent. I ordered a shake, and it was delicious. However, I noticed that the donut case was open and flies were buzzing around it. It's surprising that this is allowed. Disgusting.

I arrived at 7:44 PM on Wednesday, April 6th, only to find the doors locked, despite the sign still indicating that they were open. If I could give them zero stars, I definitely would.
