They said they didn't have it was at the 5th street. I had the email confirmation which I showed he said they couldn't refund. I said just make the sandwich. He said I would have to wait and talk to the manager. He eventually made the sandwich. I get a phone message that I didn't keep my pick up time. I called them. The lady was so accusatory and said I didn't come in there. She raised her voice said they wouldn't be making a fresh one for me to pick up. To make a long story short I will never use this app again nor will I go back to subway. Jimmy Johns taste fresher. No soggy bread or wilted veggies like there was at this subway. And I'll be contacting the manager of both tomorrow.
Let me say first, I love subway. But this place holds a special place in my heart. I recently stopped picking up a breakfast sand. The woman worked as the most friendly and knowledgeable subway employee I've ever met. It was obvious that she enjoyed her job, knew everything about the shops and was very friendly. Not only did she make an extraordinary sandwich, she also let me know about the new agua fresca... AMAZING!!! You have to try!
Here you can get fresh and healthy food. You'll say what you want to do your sandwich. You also have mobile app and can order online and simply pick up your food. I have to go to this place because it's right in my apartment. It's clean and space. Customer service is also great. There are day-to-day shops for every day of the week.
The food was good, but the service was slow. You get a four start because the girl was working very nicely. Unfortunately, she was the only employee who worked on a Saturday night and could only do what she could do alone. I'm sure you need better staff.
The last two times I was here were the same 2 women and spent a lot of time talking about personal things. As a result, this time I got the wrong bread (which I did not tell her because she concentrated on her conversation about cars) and the service was slow both times and made the customers feel like a third wheel. The food was good.
