The Yellowstone - Pocatello

The Yellowstone Hotel, which dates back to 1915, is a notable historic building in the area. Throughout its history, the building has housed various businesses, including a drug store, restaurants, bars, and a hotel. Today, it is home to the Yellowstone restaurant. I recently had the opportunity to explore the building and I hope it remains a cherished part of Pocatello's future and a remarkable architectural gem of Southeast Idaho.

Fantastic! This restaurant is the perfect spot for a lovely anniversary dinner. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant and give it a 5-star rating. I will definitely be returning.

I tried this restaurant for the first time and it was delicious. I ordered the steak wedge, which was a bit pricey at $26, but really tasty. My friend had the BALT (Bacon, Avocado, Lettuce, Tomato) and enjoyed it as well. I would recommend trying the Yellowstone dish.

We came to Yellowstone for our second wedding anniversary and we were amazed! It was such an intimate place to eat. They kept us at fair distance from other people. Our server was the perfect amount helpful without being overlaid! We recommend the brussel sprouts as a beautiful appetizer. I ordered the rib eye that was perfectly cooked with every tasteful bite. It came with roasted veggies that had a very pronounced taste for my surprise! The potatoes were exactly the correct amount of creamy and cloby. Absolutely enthusiastic about the portion sizes! If I consider how beautiful this place is, I really thought we'd get tiny plates of food, but I was very wrong. I had leftovers. My husband ordered the steak-filuccine. I think he liked it, it looked delicious. He also had leftovers.

Stopped in to try their home brews, Stone Fly Stout and Jerry of the Day IPA. Both beers have nice flavors, but the IPA seemed a little flat.
