Kfc - Pocahontas

Every time I go there, they never have the food we ordered. We have tried using the app and ordering from the drive-thru menu. They are always out of regular chicken, dark meat, or have various reasons for not being able to honor a coupon.

We went through the drive-thru and they quickly took our orders. We didn't have to wait long for our 2 piece chicken meals, which were delicious and cooked perfectly.

As a former employee of KFC, I have to say that my recent experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered two combo meals and was shocked to find both of them were served cold. The potatoes were unappetizing and the chicken was undercooked. A company that prides itself on quality presentation and taste should not have food this poorly prepared. This was the third time I had encountered issues with bad food at the Pocahontas, AR location. It is clear that some training on proper cooking techniques is sorely needed. I am even considering applying for a position myself because this level of incompetence is unacceptable.

Ordered (3) 2 pc meals. The thighs were so small they looked like 1/2 grown chicken thighs. The meals didn't come with cole slaw just potatoes and biscuit, didn't ask what sides we wanted. I Called the manager and he was very rude and said they have 2different options on meals but I didnt know this they didnt ask what number meal we wanted. I asked for manger and this is notthe first time this manger made me feel like a theif or if i knew what i was saying. Too high price for small chicken pieces.Terrible place to go. 8/11/2022. Wont be back. KFC gone down hill.

The food was delicious and the service was quick. We opted for the drive-thru option and everything went smoothly without any issues.
