Springfield Chinese Takeaway - Plymouth

We ordered a takeaway meal at 5pm for delivery at 7pm while we were on vacation. However, nothing was delivered by 7:30pm so we called the restaurant. The delivery driver said she had been to our location but no one was there, despite us waiting by the open door. We waited until 8pm and called again, only to be told they had already been to our location when they hadn't. This was extremely poor service. We have used this restaurant many times in the past but will not be using them again. We had been driving all day and gave them 2 hours' notice for delivery. We strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from them.

I recently ordered from Springfield Chinese and I had a disappointing experience. The food I received was below average and left me unsatisfied. It was the worst Chinese takeout I have ever had. The chicken balls were soggy and lacked the crispy texture I expected. The vegetable spring rolls were also disappointing, with only bean sprouts inside and a soft, floppy texture. The other items I tried were tasteless and forgettable. I had similar issues when I ordered from this restaurant a few weeks ago, and unfortunately, it seems like the quality has not improved. The total cost of £30 for the meal felt like a waste of money. I will not be ordering from Springfield Chinese again and will not be recommending it to others based on my experiences.

This restaurant in Plymstock serves the best Chinese food! The dishes are consistently delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The service is always fast and friendly. I always choose this place when craving Chinese cuisine.

Amazing food. Would highly recommend. The sweet battered desert that the lovely lady threw in with the meal was amazing aswell really nice people.

Our favourite chinese. Food is tasty . Customer service is good . Delivery to Brixton is not a problem.
