Bidrage med feedbackI have always ordered from this restaurant and have always received excellent food and service. However, the delivery times have not always been great. Tonight was a particularly terrible experience. The customer service was lacking, especially in terms of their ordering system. We booked a delivery for half past 7, but had to call at 8:50 when we saw that our delivery was supposedly already delivered at 8:30. We found out that our food was still in the restaurant, about to leave. Although the girl apologized after being challenged, she did not seem to understand or acknowledge that telling us our food would arrive around half past 9 was not acceptable, especially after we had already been waiting for so long with no communication. Papa Raj, customer service is crucial. It's great that you are busy and surviving, but communication is key. A short wait is understandable, but tonight's wait was ridiculous. It is a poor show on your part, and it seems to be happening more frequently. I feel for the delivery drivers.
Celebrating a birthday yesterday with a huge order. Went to collect it as the delivery time was long. When we got it back there were things missing and a wrong meal packed. Rang them up and they were brilliant and apologetic. The items mentioned were replaced by delivery within 10 minutes. The food was amazing so gets a good recommendation from us!!!!
Ordered a variety of curries for my mum's birthday, we were all blown away by the different flavours (especially the prawn dansak) onion bahjis were perfectly crispy, chicken tandoori was extremely flavoursome and tender. Didn't repeat on us the morning after like some Indian takeaways do. Delivery was a little late but they were apologetic on arrival, and to be expected to a Saturday night with such a big order so we didn't mind 10/10 would 100% order again. Could actually eat it now
This Indian restaurant is pretty good. The food is consistently tasty and the portions are always generous. It's a pity that the delivery service is always slow; it's definitely more convenient to just pick up the food yourself.
Ordered food on Saturday 3rd at 6.30 ,via online eta 8pm no sign at 8.30pm called to enquire,answered the phone then cut me off. Recieved food at 8.50 nearly two and half hrs,shocking service,if you can’t fulfill delivery then don’t take the order or worse my money.
