Greggs - Plymouth

The staff (Taylor and Georgia) were extremely accommodating and friendly. Our food was cold and they were very apologetic, gave us a free drink for waiting for the next batch to come out warm, then even brought our food/drinks to us!

You could write a novel before you get served here. Seriously, hire more staff if your going to try and position yourselves as a sit down cafe.

My family ordered some pizzas and bakes from JustEat and the food tasted amazing, it was still hot when it arrived, it was very nicely packaged and in general very great tasting food. I spoke to a lovely lad named ‘Callum’ on the phone and he was very friendly and very polite to me and explained everything about the ingredients used in the Mexican chicken pizza. It was really great talking to him and definitely deserves some recognition for his hard work. Thank you, very pleased.

The tea tasted terrible, couldn't drink it. The eggs weren't cooked properly, tomatoes tasted old and the bacon was burnt. The mushrooms were great though!

Pretty much what you should expect from any branch of Greggs. I got the Vegan Sausage Roll, Hash Browns and a Latte. It's not going to be fine dining, but it's good value for money snacks. The place was clean and there's sanitizer dotted around the shop. There's less social distancing now that places have opened up.
