Got there for a frappe the drive in was closed so had to go into store the American member of staff js so patronising the frappe ice got stuck in my straw as wasn’t ground down properly they’re always so busy and it seems customer service goes out the window :

Absolute Whopper of a staff member behind the counter today! Ginger Canadian fella who needs an attitude check… you work in Costa love, wind the neck in. The way you talk to customers and other staff members is appalling.

I was working in Devon and dropped in for a coffee and cake. The queue was horrendous and it is understaffed. The selection of food was very limited and my table was a bit unclean. I have been in better of this chain and think it needs a manager revamp.

Got short changed give me a small drink what I asked for BUT is was ONLY a table spoon in it what a joke Costa head office needs to come and see this and see what goes on here !!! More bad reviews more business they are going to lose !! Won't be coming back here now until it's sorted
