PF Chang's Plymouth Meeting

Everything was good, we chose to sit in a bar table, it was after 6:00 on Thursday night, restaurants were quite empty, I only felt bar offers did their side work then took care of us. I think water should be automatic, I don't think we need to ask or wait just to drink water.

I would have liked to rate them higher, but was disappointed because I had an open table reward of $10, which I specifically decided to use there (you had to make a reservation on Open Table to redeem the gift card) and they wouldn't take it. The manager said they do not accept those in this place, but it has specifically said it must be used at the Plymouth Meeting PA location. Like someone was just lazy and didn't want it.

Took my friend out for a birthday lunch. Hadn't been to a PJ Chang for many years and was very impressed. The only issue was our wait staff was also tending to the bar, which was a few feet away from out booth. We ended up waiting and trying to get her attention. She was still a very good server, but busy.

In spite of the large group waiting to be seated, our reservation time was honored!! The restaurant is obviously short in wait staff. Our waiter was pleasant. The menu has changed since our last visit..Food was good BUT portions keep getting smaller and prices keep rising… All in all it was a good experience.. we’ll be back.

The only food that I like are the lettuce wraps. All other food is tasteless.
