I've always thought that meal substitute shakes or protein shakes were ?gimmicky until I came to Top Notch Nutrition. I went for the first time and had no idea what to order, and the owner explained what comes in each shake, different flavors they came, and some suggestions. Because the experience was helpful and positive, I decided to go back today. The owner recognized me and asked how my first experience was! Most companies rush customers in and out, but not here. I will definitely come back instead of spending my money on coffee and breakfast sandwiches!

The shakes and teas are really good. I'm always going to this place. I also go to Ambition in Carver and Remix in Marshfield they are all wonderful.
