Papa Johns Pizza - Plymouth

Lived here over 20 years and I never had a problem ordering from this place. I especially like the pizza crust ends that act like breadsticks. They even include the garlic dipping sauce to accommodate. Yummy.

The pizza was delicious, but the Chicken Alfredo Papa Bowl was only half filled.

I was really disappointed with my experience. They didn’t follow my order accurately and didn’t give me exactly what I requested. To make matters worse, I was charged for items that I didn’t receive.

I really want to give this restaurant a five-star rating because their ingredients are always fresh and delicious. However, they can’t seem to get my order right when I request a square cut pizza. It’s frustrating that I have to double-check each time, only to find out it’s not cut the way I asked. They do offer to make a new pizza, but that adds another 10-15 minutes to my wait. If they can start getting the square cut orders correct, I would happily update my rating to reflect that!

This has quickly become my favorite thin crust pizza! I was a bit concerned that it might be spicy, as indicated on the box, but it turned out to be just right. Some thin crust pizzas can be so crisp that they can hurt the inside of your mouth, but this one struck the perfect balance in thickness and crispness. The flavor was fantastic as well, especially with the two toppings of mushrooms and sausage.
