Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Plymouth

I found this place by accident. I made an Uber Eats delivery order from this place, but they go by the name Wing Boss on the app. The order wasn't quite right and they had offered to rectify the issue by having me come in to get 2 free beverages which I thought was acceptable. It was only then I realized that they actually have barbecue and I'm glad I know now in the event I crave it in the future. It was the end of the day so I wasn't expecting it to be spectacular. Sure enough my beef brisket was a little dry and the flavors were lacking somewhat, but I can tell that during regular lunch hours this place probably has better food. I'll make sure to update my review in the event I tried again. One thing I will say though is the staff here is great.

Went to 5 miles after dickies and sheldon in the other night. eating was cold and the menu shrinks to use cheaper substandard products. I'm sure we're done with this place. can save money if they lose customers. I hope they wake up before they have to close!

I'm a long-term customer of Dickey who used to visit the location fardale before he was closed. I was pleasantly surprised to learn from this place. it hurts me to say that, but Dickeys is about losing another customer if they don't get it together. this is the third time that my ribs were not fed, not properly cleaned (every bit I had huge fat dumps,) and undercooked. in the age of food-related diseases, this is unacceptable. there are only one handful of bbq places that are still in business and have good food. famous daves is now terrible. please go back to the original recipe.

They messed up my order leaving food out. I called back and there was no apology for their mistake. Was told next time they would give it to me freeFree, hell I paid for it already. Spent $78 and the service was bad. Never going back to that location. I hate to think it was because I was black in a predominantly white neighborhood. And on top of all that my food was not hot. Brisket and pulled pork was cold and didn't taste good. Dickeys you failed!

First time there. It was A very nice place to eat. Clean. Helpful staff. The food was a little less, but so were the prices. We really enjoyed ourselves. The only bad thing I would say about it is that it's a little noisy, so I had to speak a little louder. We will be returning.
