We visited the country house in plessa more often (formerly known as food flu). our aim, a beautiful time in a cozy environment and good eating. strangely, we are always amazed, sometimes positiw surprised and then irritated again. unfortunately it is very fluctuating; from very good and tasty to that must be provided. Unfortunately, we must note that the quality of the food is partly too much to wish. Today we have to end the evening with the last harm, rarely so bad for 45,60 euro. so far we have always reacted carefully and told us in order, perhaps the cook is not in the house or good, everyone has a bad day. after our visit today in the building we see more visit this restaurant. our review: the service is friendly and endeavors, it can also be seen more often, asks and accepts wish. which is to be assessed as sufficient. the service today has asked attention to the field of children's play, asked for special food wishes and offered to bring the vacant for growth before eating the adult. we want to praise this. we are happy to have this child-friendly and commitment to make the stay pleasant, happy and relaxed for all guests. today's order: all the foods and drinks were served after a short waiting period and according to request. the mushroom creamy was hot and delicious. a small disc dead or brot would have been nice. the main dishes were dressed appetizingly. whether the size of the portions is sufficient can be contested. to a main dish there were kartoffels, 2 half and a whole. they did not seem very fresh. the trout was delicious and as described without grete. our critical demand for steak was fired by the table. we were very dissatisfied with this reaction. it is certainly an unfortunate fact that we have found a dead fly in salat. it is more than regrettable that there was no word of apology when we left the steak after clear criticism. there was also no excuse after the teller had been cleaned with the fly in salat. a small step of repair (like the offer of a free drink, a free dessert or a discount). with our critique we want to improve the service offer, increase and secure the quality. we wish the country house team that also in future many curious in their home raid and relate quarters, we wish them that most of their guests leave their home very satisfied. all good, much success and good success!
