Pistol Pete's Beef N' Beer

We discovered this restaurant on a quiet Monday night. The upstairs dining room had just four other tables occupied, making for a relaxed atmosphere. The food was outstanding—my partner enjoyed a fantastic rack of lamb served on homemade mashed potatoes, expertly seasoned. I opted for the prime rib, which was flavorful and incredibly tender. We also ordered grilled vegetables as a side, and they were excellent. Our server, Matty, struck the perfect balance, being attentive without being intrusive. We would definitely return.
