Great service!!! The server was very prompt and friendly. Pizza was very good. Prices are reasonable. This place is popular for a reason. Very busy with locals, as well as people from out of town. Worth the drive.

Gotta love the place. Decorated throughout with antiques from early settlers and Old West. Waitresses had cowboy hats and six guns. Had taco pizza and bacon cheeseburger pizza. Both very good. Menu had, sandwiches, appetizers, dinners, and salads as well. Service was fast and friendly. Well worth the stop.

The Ruben was delicious. The waitress was very nice.

Marion County. I've spent a few years in Georgia, but every time I come home, I have to grab some pizza and onion rings from the Checkerboard. It's the best!

We really love the onion rings and pizza at Checkerboard. A delightful treat to have after the meal is the caramels—so delicious!
