Mcdonald's - Pleasanton

It’s always a bad experience at this McDonald’s location the lady Who is there most of the time which seems to be the supervisor or manager because she’s wearing a different uniform. Always so rude. she acts like she owns the place very bad customer service I got 2 breakfast platter with everything and was missing the egg and the muffin only got literally two butters for both orders and when I return to as the rest of my order, she gave me attitude like if I was trying to get free stuff when I paid for my food and it was missing half of my order.

The hashbrowns are cold and soggy 100% of the time, and the service is never above absolute minimum. The coffee tastes like it was made 6 hours ago, even first thing in the morning. This location regularly put too much sauce on the burgers. It is clear that neither management nor the staff care about this location anymore. It's best to avoid all together.

The workers here are disrespectful and they spit in my food.

The crew placing order for us doesn't honor the receipt survey promotion. Awful experience, definitely not going to this McDonald's again.

It's impossible to hear the kid in the drive through speaker. Thought there was something wrong with the speakers till I got to window. It's him not the speaker.
