Bidrage med feedbackIf I could give a zero I would. We drove all the way to this location because they are the only location somewhat near us that closes at 8pm. We see people walking out as we are pulling up. We walk up and the worker walks quickly up to the door to unlock it, just to tell us they are closed. What?!?? It 's 7:37pm. He continues to say we might be able to make a smoothie for you. Do you want a smoothie? Welp, we came for smoothie bowls so that would be a NO. At this point, my husband is so infuriated that he walks back to the car. I must say, there are not many times when we get this kind of service. I cannot understand how you close 23 minutes early and then limit what you will serve me. I am super disappointed that I drove 10 minutes out of my way for this kind of service.UPDATE: Lovely customer service. I received a wonderful message on Yelp from, who I assume, is a worker of the establishment. See added pictures...and yes I will be posting them all over social media and tagging corporate socials.
Yes I did go there. I got a large peanut butter moo'd and it was good. Fast, good and friendly staff. Service was good. Place was clean and quiet. The only thing is that part of my drink started leaking because it was too full and I had to use napkins to clean the cup.
Very friendly and helpful staff and yummy drink/food. Likely to be back when we're in town again.
This place has really gone downhill. The chalkboard sign says 'tips please ' and yet the workers are doing the bare minimum which creates nothing to tip for. My smoothie was made wrong not one, not two, but three times today, and I ordered it straight off the menu with no modifications. I remember the days where this location was full of hard working employees and it was clean and the vibe was sunny. Not anymore :
Quite possibly the slowest Jamba store ever. My online order was fulfilled over 15 minutes after the original estimate by the app. The store was run by what seemed like 3 teenagers, and when we arrived at the store they were rejecting customers who wanted to order, because they were just that behind on the orders.
