The cookies I ordered for delivery were excellent, and the staff was wonderful in keeping me updated about the delivery! I highly recommend this place.

I've been a customer of Cookies by Design for over 20 years. They offer some of the best cookie baskets you can find, and their customer service is outstanding. While their hours are limited and the cookies can be a bit pricey, the quality is absolutely worth it.

He really loves his Frog cookies! However, I wasn't a fan of the additional fees for specific delivery days. It requires some planning ahead, or else you'll end up paying a lot for standard delivery.

While this isn't an entirely negative review—because the cookies are undeniably cute—the overall experience left me unimpressed. They are quite small for the price, especially compared to what I can find from other bakers. The designs are lovely and festive, and although we haven't tasted the cookies yet, I can't shake the feeling that they are overpriced for what you get.

These cookies are fantastic! They're always fresh and never fail to impress!
