I recently discovered an incredible Indian restaurant that serves delicious food! They offer freshly made dishes with a mild spice level.

Stopped in yesterday for take out. Food was freshly prepared in about 15 minutes and worth the short wait. The owner took our order and disappeared into the kitchen to prepare it, working hard. She was very friendly and we had a quick chat. Lots of dishes to choose from, we had dal (lentil) curry, with moderate spice and we enjoyed it. We also ordered a veggie fried rice, which was nicely prepared. Aloo Gobi (potatoes cauliflower) was delicious. Prices are reasonable considering inflation, and competitive with other Indian restaurants in the area. Our family used to enjoy the buffet here, but with Covid concerns, it's no longer offered, which we understand.
