Mcdonald's - Pleasant Prairie

My daughter works at the restaurant and sometimes gets lunch at the drive-thru. She mentioned the lady who was working the window that day. She mentioned that the lady was always cheerful, friendly, and made her feel special. This kind of exceptional service should be acknowledged. This interaction happened on January 19th, 2022 at 3:00 PM.

I didn't have any truly negative experiences at the Salem location. The staff was always friendly and they serve the best cheeky dishes compared to any other place I've been to.

This restaurant feels like a trendy boutique hotel. It appears to have been recently built or renovated. The computer-based ordering system and convenient location near the highway make it easy to access. The extended hours were a lifesaver during a long journey when most other restaurants were closed.
