Vitality Bowls Pleasant Hill

Fruit bowls were missing and absolutely lacking toppings. Looked nothing like the pictures. They were also melted.

The sizes are so small and so expensive. I tried the Nutty bowl and it barely had any toppings. Also my bf got a juice for almost 7 dollars and it was so small. I don’t ever want to come here again.

I went here for the first time because i wanted something hearty and healthy. I got a panini, expecting... all the ingredients listed... I got a really nice bread with a lot if pesto, a few tomatoes and a few leafs of spinach. Not quite what I expected for a $10 sandwich

I went today to order a nutty bowl for lunch around 11:30 am. The store was empty. No customers and No employees. I tried to order from the kiosk and I guess I did something wrong and it said nothing in your order. The problem became when there was nobody to help me. I use self service everywhere because it is the way of the future for sure but I wish they had an option of a live person to help when needed. I stood there for a while and tried again then left. This restaurant is very near my home and I was hoping to be a new customer today and in the future.

Worst customer service ever, they will inside for 20 or 30 mins, they don't even talk to you if they see you there waiting to order or maybe just picking up. They don't care at all. They are so rude.
