Bidrage med feedbackThis place is amazing (at least for breakfast). Food, drinks, view, service. All excellent. A **** expected a run of the mill. Instead, got a homemade, smokey. The Machaca was excellent and actually mostly machaca and eggs, very little potatoes and beans. We also have the special with eggs, hangar steak (arracherra) and mol enchiladas. Steak tasted great and Mol was amazing with a hint of cinnamon and maybe even coffee. Also the fruit plate was excellent with fresh fruit that was freshly cut served with a small side of granola, yogurt and honey. Great view. Will definitely return to dinner. Oh, they're closed on Tuesdays for some reason.
Came here because the reviews were good and we wanted to observe the waves. The waiter was friendly, the service was good overall. The view is beautiful. The food was not very good. We ordered Steak-Fajitas and a queen. It was excessively salty and was not very good. The prices were similar to American prices, but the food was definitely not worth what we paid. Would not recommend and probably not come back what a shame is because it is a beautiful location.
First they closed an hour early. The menu was strange in dollar plus a 18% tax And I said I had Pesos so magical it was 19 to one (if the current x rate was 18.5). OUCH, OUCH, OUCH My 3 dollar beer was magical 3.54. Spaghetti was $15...Excuse me $15 A burger for $11, seemed like a GOOD deal. Eating was NOT great the server was nice, but he had to drive almost a city block to bring the food. took awhile to the meal... the free chips where soft and a bit greasy. The frits, where at room temperature. NOT SPECIAL. Not what I expected to slip in Mexico
I read that the restaurant was in Rosarito. It looks at the beach that would be nice on a hot day. At the beginning of March a little cool, so we sat inside. The food wasn't bad. The Quesadillas were good, but the Calimari was average. Prawns were cooked in a soy sauce, which, very, very salty. It has insulted me that everything was cheap in USD. You could pay in Pesos, but the exchange came to a premium. So, we lost in the exchange of Canadian dollar to Pesos when we arrived, but now, while in Mexico, we were expected to pay in USD or lose again on the stock exchange. That's why I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. If Pesos is paid in Mexico. PS. It's just cash, no cards!
Awesome hidden gem... service is great, food is awesome -my favorite breakfast place around, and the view can't be beat. Live music at night too. The yellowtail dinner was phenomenal. Defiantly ask about the gnocchi, you will not be disappointed
