Lovely hotel, well situated for the Yumbo centre. Close to bus stop for the airport. Rooms were clean with a fridge, AC, comfy beds and nice balcony. Pool area great with plenty of loungers, umbrellas and a nice big pool. Breakfast and evening buffet varied and tasty. Staff really helpful and friendly. Laid back vibe … would recommend for a relaxing stay.

Lovely hotel, well situated for local bars and restaurants, and close to Yumbo Centre. The staff are brilliant, and hotel is beautifully presented. The room that we stayed in, was a bit tired, however (room 63). The two single beds didn't connect together, there was no tea/coffee making facilities and the balcony area looked out onto an area heavily littered with cigarette ends, which wasn't cleaned during our stay. There was a small fridge in the room, as well as air conditioning, both were ideal. All staff however were exceptional throughout our stay. A big thank you to Stephanie especially, who helped us with a last minute issue with our safe! I would recommend this hotel, but would like to see a kettle at least for our next visit.

Exceptional clean hotel. Friendly staff. Great choices at breakfast. Wonderful pool and bar area. Yumbo shopping centre within walking distance. Room was tastefully decorated and balcony overlooked street and shop's ..loud music from stage area by pool can be annoying if your looking to rest after a hot day in the wonderful sun. But didn't bother me..

The Hotel had everything what I needed in a Hotel. The rooms are very very clean, the maids do a very good job. They are worth a tip The breakfast is very European style (German/British) they, do have a big restaurant and also some outdoor terasse (smoking allowed). If you booked the dinner buffet, you will always have a wide variety of food, freshly made salads, always some fish, shells, gambas, aswell as pasta and pizza, meat, vegetables, and so on. There never been a day where I didn't loved it. The pool is also very nice, even if it's close to the road, it's not too loud, the djs play some decent music (thank God, not as loud as in other hotels close by). The hotel itself is right in the city center, 3 minutes walk from the yumbo, 15 minutes to the Cita, 18-20 minutes to the dunes of Maspalomas. I will definitely come back.

The rooms are a good standard clean... The restaurant is lower ground, has two outside eating areas, the food is good and plenty of choices... From the catering staff to the domestic staff, there's nothing I can fault, very friendly and helpful... Would say the hotel has a good, friendly vibe... Totally recommend it...
