Primo - Playa del Carmen

Absolutely outstanding Literally the best food we have eaten whilst in playa del carmen . Everything about this place is fantastic, from the environment, authentic service and the awesome food . We really can’t recommend it enough !

The bone marrow was mouthwatering and I wish I had gone earlier in my trip so I could go again! The service and atmosphere are really cool. There's an open kitchen, you can sit at the kitchen table, and enjoy the cooking all the other work they do (e.g., going up and down a ladder to their other cooking pits and supplies). It's upscale street food with the quality of the best fine dining.

Comida excelente, el concepto es muy bueno, pero hay un aspecto negativo; el tiempo de espera entre cada platillo es demasiado; comprendo que es parte de la experiencia, ver cómo preparan tu comida, el exquisito olor de las brasas, la variedad de ingredientes y la frescura de los mismos, pero si es un tanto frustrante esperar tanto, si pudieran mejorar ese aspecto sería excelente, la comida es estupenda, cuidando cada detalle, sabores bien equilibrados y gran presentación, muy recomendable pero hay que ir con paciencia.

Comida súper deliciosa, es un lugar para ir con tiempo y disfrutar (es recomendable reservar con antelación). Nos gustó mucho, ¡sin duda regresaríamos!

La atención fue muy lenta entre los platillos, la atención en general fue mala y el costo es alto en comparación con el valor recibido.
