Las Ventanas - Playa del Carmen

Me encantó ese restaurante, la comida era increíble, el servicio muy amable y tranquilo, lo que nos dejó la oportunidad de disfrutar realmente cada minuto de esta gran cena. Ernesto (pianista de jazz) hizo nuestra noche... Mi amigo y yo no paramos de pedirle canciones y él las tocó todas con un talento increíble. Gracias por este momento tan especial. Definitivamente volveré cuando esté en Playa la próxima vez.

Comimos aquí dos veces durante nuestra estancia en el Royal Hideaway. Cocina internacional. Se ofrecen 3-4 platos para cada comida, junto con postre. Por lo general hay una especialidad del día, además de las selecciones diarias principales. Las porciones son de un buen tamaño, no muy grandes. El servicio fue de primera, ambiente agradable. Nuestros camareros Jorge y Braudio (¿cómo se escribe??) fueron excepcionales, se aseguraron de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos. Si estás en el Royal Hideaway tienes que venir aquí al menos una vez. Nosotros lo hicimos dos veces, y vale la pena. Destacado para un resort todo incluido, tal vez hubiéramos vuelto una tercera vez, pero tuvimos que volver a casa. No estoy seguro si se puede comer aquí si no eres un huésped en el Royal Hideaway.

Disfrutamos de todo lo que comimos, solo estábamos decepcionados de no poder conseguir una segunda reserva durante nuestra estancia. Si hubiéramos sabido que podíamos simplemente presentarnos y pagar algo de dinero al personal para que nos acomodaran, lo habríamos hecho (esto nos lo sugirieron otros huéspedes). Realmente estaba tan bueno. Haz tu reserva con anticipación - envía un correo / llama antes de llegar a México.

Such a great night. Having been to all-inclusives in the past, the food is almost always underwhelming. NOT THE CASE FOR THIS RESTAURANT. It was delicious, innovative, and made for an amazing night out. We had the house wine and it was great! I swear, we had one of everything and the only thing that maybe didnt score a 5 star was the scallops- we are used to more of a caramelized sear. But they were still good. I had the pork chop special with roasted veggies and Parmesan risotto. Best of all was the service. Erick was our server and if you have the chance, you should ask for him. He made the night! He was fun, quick with a laugh, and the best service! You could tell he cared about what he does and he wanted us to have a nice night. THANKS, ERICK!

Wonderful meal and excellent service at this fine restaurant in Royal Hideaway Playacar resort. This is our 6th visit to this resort in 3 years, and it continues to excel in service and make us feel so comfortable - truly our home away from home.I had the special - salmon with red pepper sauce. It was cooked to perfection. The salmon flaked so nicely into pieces and melted in my mouth. It was topped with passion fruit foam and was accompanied by risotto with red fruit as well as organic vegetables. I will try to upload a picture of it - it was all presented beautifully on a granite slab. Very unique!Last evening we were seated on the balcony with a beautiful view of the gardens. On arrival we were warmly greeted by Daniel, the manager. Our waiter was Francisco, who was assisted by Erick. Between them and daniel they catered to all of our requests. We did get a chance to visit with Miguel too. We've seen him for at least 3 visits now and have followed his progress through various of the restaurants at this resort. Clearly a young man with a bright future at this resort.
