Zheng's Chinese - PLANTSVILLE

The best Chinese food in town! Zhengs never disappoints. Food is consistantly delicious and always steaming hot when delivered. Delivery is fast, driver is pleasant and polite. I also go into Zhengs, from time to time, to pick up my food and it's very clean inside. You can tell they take pride in their food and restaurant. It's owned and operated by a local family, which makes me feel even better about choosing Zhengs!

They used to be amazing! We ordered from them on a regular basis! I came home on vacation and my fiancé and I decided to have Chinese food for dinner. I noticed they had online ordering. I ordered general Tso. When I received it, it was plain fried chicken. when I made a complaint they told me to bring the food back. They told me it was not wrong. when I did they gave me another food order of lo mein .....not what I ordered again I had to bring it back no refund they blamed my fiancé for their mistake I ordered a replacement order of chow mein online so how is this his fault? Get your quality control together! What a waste of time, gas and money! No effort to make it right! Typical to blame someone else instead of taking ownership of their mistake! He also hung up on me 3 times and told me I hung up on him! Just bad business! Instead of making it right from the beginning he insisted we were wrong! Never will I return! I will make sure To share my experience with all who ask!

Don?t recommend this restaurant... if I gave no star I will... the price is always up... you will be shock when u pay to pick up ur food..????????

Very disappointing. Almost $40 worth of food and they forgot to put the egg rolls in the bag. Didn't notice until I got home and it is 20 minutes round trip. I was about to drive back to pick them up when I noticed a bug pressed against the inside of the wonton soup container, my daughter and I had both just eaten. Will definitely not be eating from here ever again.

Idk what these reviews are saying but for the price for the food is actually pretty good deal and spend over 40$ and was worth every combination dish.. if u want a deal and wanan spend 10-11$ this is your spot. Cant beat the bargain for real .. ps egg roll was a1 and I don?t even eat eggrolls
