Starbucks - Plantation

I frequent this place often to get work done, sometimes spending weeks at a time here. The quality of the drinks and service remains consistently excellent. The staff warmly greets every customer that enters. No other café has made me a better brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. Surprisingly, it's never loud or chaotic, allowing me to stay productive. It's definitely one of my favorite spots!

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and it seems like the new workers are the worst I've encountered in the area. There have always been friendly employees at this particular location, but now they are grumpy and play the music so loudly that they can’t even hear orders correctly. This creates a reluctance to help customers, and when complaints were made, it felt like we were being scolded. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I definitely won’t be returning, and I'll be sure to warn my many friends to avoid it as well. The place on Pine Island is much better!

I never expected to give a restaurant a three-star rating, but the unfriendliness of the staff has left me feeling unwelcome. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but it makes me think twice about returning.

Love this staff. Whenever I don’t have time to sit down and just order through the app, they always greet me with a smile.

We bought coffee beans (medium roast) from this outlet.There is plenty of space available outside the cafe to sit and sip hot coffee and other items.The inside ambiance is just normal.May be due to less space inside.The toilets are not hygienic.There are empty carton boxes kept near emergency exit.The photos on the walls are good.
