Firehouse Subs Plantation

This is a nice place to go for a sub. They aren’t my favorite but they had really good service and friendly atmosphere.

I ordered the beef and Cheddar briquette double meat double cheese. I'm a big eater and I couldn't finish half this sandwich. I put the other half in a toaster oven and added a bit of Mayo and I couldn't finish the second half. I was curious what took so long until I picked up the bag and realized how hard it was. They really went to the city on double meat / double cheese.

What a wonderful experience! The staff was so friendly and funny! A special cry to Alexis who actually came to our table to check and see how everything was going! She was really a pleasure and made the experience amazing! Of course, the food was as usual, but the experience was what it sold for me! Once again Alexis and the rest of the staff cries to make it so pleasant!

Carlos has terrible customer service and is the reason for this one-star rating. He was annoyed because I just asked for a sauce behind the counter and went on to throw the sauce on the bag and say, you?re welcome? sarcastic. He also gave one of the customers who obviously wanted a regular there a medium-sized soda instead of a small one, just because he wanted it to look like this management into that. Do you make better Carlos and maybe you won?

Always clean and the staff is excellent. The subs are great!
