Charley's Philly Steaks - Plantation

I visited the restaurant just a few minutes before the shopping center closed, and I had an amazing experience. Sheyla, Sasha, Brian, and Joseph, who were on closing duty on 5/23/2022, truly deserve a five-star rating! They definitely deserve a raise! Even though the mall was essentially closing for the night, they were incredibly helpful and quickly prepared my food without hesitation. Kudos to this fantastic four for their outstanding customer service until the very end of the night. They were so friendly and a pleasure to interact with. I would rate them 10/10 for their excellent service! Keep up the great work!

I went into where they close and I just mean a few minutes before the shopping center closed (basically closed) and my experience was great. Sheyla, Sasha, Brian and Joseph, who close on 5/23/2022. These 4 are definitely 5 start staff!!!! You deserve an increase!!!! Although she, where pretty much closed for the night like the rest of the mall, she where super helpful and gladly made my food without a second thought. Kudos to these 4 for customer service until second. You, where so friendly and very pleasant to have and with experience. 10/10 for this fantastic 4!!!! Keep it!

I've usually had a good experience at this restaurant, but today I'm feeling a bit disappointed. I made it clear that I didn't want any pickles on my order, but they arrived with pickles. Additionally, the app indicated that my food would be delivered within an hour, which I found acceptable, so I placed my order accordingly. However, it ended up taking an hour and a half for my food to arrive. Aside from that, I didn't have any other issues. I just wish that if someone requests something to be removed from their dish, it should be honored.

Sasha and Crystal were fantastic! I was running late, and they really came through for me. The food was delicious, and I will definitely return! They were super friendly, incredibly helpful, and very professional—a wonderful team!

This particular Charley's (8000 W Broward Blvd FC-12, Plantation, FL 33388) is inside of the Broward mall, in the food court, so it does not have their full menu that you would see at the franchise. No chicken wings But, I love Charley's. Especially their chicken wings
