Broadway Bagels - Plantation

EVERYTHING about Broadway Bagels is FANTASTIC! They even introduced me to my new favorite bagel Apple Cinnamon Raisin? If you want that “Cheers” Feelin when you walk in and everybody knows your name Broadway Bagels’ vibe got you! I ordered the corned beef hash with grits and it so GOOOOOD. This is definitely a go to feel good spot where the food is EXCELLENT. ????? 5 Star for me.

Once again I walk into this place and I feel completely not welcomed. I ordered my bagel online, walk in and there isn’t a single customer. Three of the people working are sitting talking. The man with all the tats makes eye contact with me so I walk up to the counter and wait for someone to help me. No one ever comes. I wait and wait while listening to them chat. I finally had to walk around to them so someone could pass me the bag sitting behind the counter. Sad because the bagel is so good but this is the last time I order from there. Horrible customer service!

Garbage, absolutely. Broadway bricks, what happened , you used to be good, and fresh. A salt bagel wasn't just dropped in salt so you gag every bite. No more salt sticks? Don't have to be so rude about it. You know who you are @7 am. Time to find a good bagel place again, what a shame. How is my bagel so hard and leathery 30 min after I get home. I'm being kind

My wife and I love this place. We are frequent flyers. Best homemade style breakfast in South Florida. Pancakes are next level. Barry and staff always provide white glove service.Food: 5/5

I've been going here for the last 5 years and in the last 6 months the food quality has gone down. This weekend I purchased 1 bagel with a small $12.99) container of whitefish salad and went home to eat it. What a mistake, the whitefish was absolutely disgusting. Without a doubt the worst I've ever had so after 1 bite I spit out that bite and tossed the remaining whitefish salad in the trash. I wasted about $15 and was left hungry looking for breakfast after just having bought what I thought was going to be breakfast. Not a good way to start a Saturday. ?
