Bidrage med feedbackAt this point, she continued to assert that I hadn't called, which baffled me. I requested the contact number for her general manager so I could discuss the situation. I wasn’t looking for anything free, just trying to address my concerns. She finally gave me the number, claiming she had spoken to the person who took my call, but still offered no apology. I asked why she didn’t believe me, and her response was somewhat passive-aggressive—she said she had never said that and apologized if “I felt that’s what she was saying.” How condescending. I made it clear that I wasn’t simply feeling a certain way; I was stating the facts of our conversation. Frustrated, she threw her hands up and began to walk away. As we were leaving, she even let out a dramatic groan. She was essentially turning away a potential $30 worth of sales. The manager’s name is Brandy. When I called the number she provided to file a complaint, I was met with a message saying no one was available and to call back later, after which the call disconnected. I’m giving this place one star, solely due to the manager’s attitude and lack of customer service. The situation wasn’t about our 30-person group not being accommodated; that can happen anywhere. In the end, we took our party to Panera Bread, where they welcomed us warmly. I also noticed a note Brandy had written to an employee on the podium, and it was quite rude and condescending. This behavior reflects poorly not only on customers but also suggests how they treat their staff.
Food is fine. Service is ok. Not always attentive even though it's not busyvat all. Im honestly irritated at them raising the food prices. So we spent over $100 on food for a family of 4, not including the free chips salsa. It's just so over pricedfor what you get. Its not worth it. We had the fajitas, kids cheeseburger, 6 oz sirloin, the smokehouse combo. I understandprices have gone up but when you pay $114 the food quality service don't line up, it's disappointing.
I had Ashley as my waitress during my first late-night visit to the restaurant. She was incredibly friendly and really went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. She is a wonderful person and does an excellent job. I highly recommend asking for Ashley!
We really had a good time, the waitress was very pleasant and the food was great. We had the Baby Back Ribs with honey chipotle sauce. I really liked the sweet and hot taste to it. We've been looking for a good place for ribs, and this was it. Yum
This restaurant is always bustling, but we consistently receive our food quickly. The BBQ sauce on the boneless chicken wings wasn't to our liking, as it has changed recently. However, we appreciated the update to the chicken on the triple dipper, which is one of our favorites. Our waitress, Brandy, was delightful—she was knowledgeable, sweet, and very attentive.
