It can get really busy here during prime dining times. I love the skewers. Love the spicy seared salmon belly! I really like that they?re open until 2am.

I was craving for some takoyaki and this place is open until 2am in the morning, which is great to grab some late night food. We ordered takoyaki, fried soft shell crabs, fried squid legs, some skewers, and curry rice. The food is great, especially with a hot sake. Perfect for a cold night in Dallaska. I love the vibe here, very warm and cozy. Staffs are super attentive and friendly. There are lots of options on their menu that you can choose from. Their service is fast, we didn't have to wait too long. I definitely will come back. Highly recommended this place!

I like this place. Eating is good. We ordered Salmon sashimi (5 stars), Shishito (4 stars), Tonkatsu Ramen (5 stars), Wagyu on the rocks (5 stars), Hawaii roll (3 stars), 3 of a kind of roll (3 stars). I expected to dive more taste or sauce on them-had in soy sauce for taste. Service is excellent! Five stars. They're picking up garbage and empty dishes from the table, not just at the end. Environment is great! Five stars.

We went to Ramen and thought it was on average. Yama seems to be a sushi joint and should only come back for the sushi. The service was attentive. The eel over rice was not great. It was burned with little sauce to mask the taste. It wasn't so pleasant. Rarmen was the main reason to visit this place Chicken was fine, broth on the chickenramen was on point, and bamboo shot was decent. Overall, a 3/5 on the ramen the replacement for chicken over the pig was not the best idea. The fried chicken was amazing, and love the sauce. Certainly pleasing : .

Have you been there several times? Customer services? are most satisfied in this place and this place do not require customers for tips like other Yama restaurants. Logically strange, I am, preferably eating Japanese food from Japanese people, and that is it. Recommend this Yama restaurant to other Yama restaurants!
