Wingstop - Plano

My new favorite Wingstop. They season their fries! They make really wonderful wings and they’re nice people. I haven’t had any problems yet and I’ve gone about ten times in the past couple of months lol.

I placed a takeout order using their app. Don't rely on the app to notify you when your order is ready. The restaurant was very busy with orders, causing my food to sit for too long. The cashier seemed frustrated, but still maintained a professional attitude. She had my order remade, which I appreciated. The wings were decent, although a bit dry.

I must say, this restaurant has the best wings in town. Every time I order, they are fresh, delicious, and accompanied by great customer service.

The boneless wings are delicious, as well as the dips. I always order online and the service for picking up the food is excellent - quick and friendly. This place is top-notch.

In general we were a fan of wings, but this place is one of the worst we found. we have placed an order at 20:30 a.m. through their online delivery. at 9:30 a.m. the order is displayed and we have no warning of it. we called the location and say that it is prepared and pick it up, even if it has already been selected for online delivery. we ask how this happens at first place, they say they have no idea and not the manager. this has ruined our Sunday night especially for the load and I have not even received the refund. this is not expected by wingstop this is the address:2100 14th st ste 119plano, tx 75074
