Had a great night at Urban Crust. The food is amazing and the staff is great.

Ordered black and bleu pizza to-go, then decided once we got there to eat there, well we were told we couldn't do that. That's not acceptable! More to the storyline, like the very rude hostess, and her inept understanding of how to treat customers as well as not understanding the guidelines set for the restaurant, the server upstairs understood and she was fantastic lower downstairs hostess ,.I didn't catch her name she was Hispanic, that's all i know it was at noon today!

From the moment we start the booking process, Kali makes everything a breeze. Choosing a menu and adding customizations is effortless, thanks to her helpful guidance and expertise. It's clear that she genuinely cares about ensuring that every detail is perfect for our event. When the crew arrives on the day of the picnic, they're nothing short of professional and efficient. They set up quickly and efficiently, wasting no time in getting those delicious pizzas cooking. The steady flow of food ensures that no one is left waiting to savor those mouthwatering flavors, which is always a hit with our team. Urban Crust has quickly become a staple at our company picnics, and it's easy to see why. Their delicious pizzas, coupled with their exceptional service, make them an absolute must-have for any event. We love this place for the variety of food and drinks available. Pizza is outstanding and you get little slices of extra crust as an appetizer. My wife had the grilled Cabio fish with vegetables and it was more than she could eat. Gelato is also some of the best we have had. If you play Pokémon GO there are several gyms and stops you can reach while you are sitting at the table. Win win for us.

Food and atmosphere were great. However, our server was not the best. Their bread and sauce is to die for. Pizza 11/10.
