Tommy Bahama Restaurant Bar Plano

What a disappointment. my man and I came here for the date night, and the service was lousy to say the least. Is that a teen-college-kid chatout? to begin, the host had a great attitude when we asked to sit on another table. our waitress took at least 10 minutes to welcome us, and the table that was adjacent to us was a bup child (formerly 20s) who visited her friend who worked there and were obnox. our waitress brought our drinks to the table when she laid them down and no less interested. she said she would bring some paper napkins, she was the worst phase and didn't apologize. the food was good, but I ordered the burger well done and it came very pink. our waitress disappeared after the meal, and I had to get the bus boy to track her down. it was a catastrophe. I was in tommy bahama in newport beach and it's fantastic. this place needs serious help. I was about 4 times at this place and the service is getting worse and worse when I go. I wanted to give him a last chance because I love the beach life, but unfortunately I won't be back. do not waste their money or estimated date at night.

Surprisingly good food. not the best service, although. seem to be understaffed. drinks are also fantastic.

Always great eating, although the menu selection has been reduced. still have specials daily, we will be back.

Love this place! Our server Jerry is the best! Love the food, tropical drinks and the live music and atmosphere.
