Snappy Salads W Park Blvd - Plano

Came in for a buffalo chicken salad, and asked for dressing on the side. The woman confirmed, made eye contact, and then mixed the dressing into the salad, absolutely soaking every leaf. She offered to remake it, but they were out of greens and I was already late. Wouldn't recommend this location.

Great place to grab a salad for lunch. Even when busy staff is kind and knowledgeable. I havent eat a menu salad always customize mine.

Placed a pickup order for Steakhouse Salad. Got it back to the office only to notice that it contained no steak. Manager apologized, refunded the salad, but offered no solution to deliver what I ordered. He had an attitude the call basically ended with me informing him that I will take my business elsewhere. My office has ordered a lot of lunches from this location, never again.

Overpriced for a Chick-fil-A sized salad! Better off going to Eatzi?s! Staff literally removed two green leaves from the bowl? lmao? never wil go again. First time last time!
