I ordered greetings, salmon croquettes and roasted Okra. Everything was delicious! The croquettes were a little spicy. Love! A pleasant surprise.

I hate to give bad reviews. But the team was definitely not prepared for the service. I called in my order, waited 10 minutes before someone came to the phone. I arrived at the restaurant and waited 1 hour and 30 minutes before my order. So a total of 2 hours. Waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes was the worst for me. No explanation, no complementary drink nothing. Extremely disappointed.

Change your hours online, came at 5:00 on a Monday night for nothing. The snapping answer tells me everything I need to know. I would have accepted a simple apology from your argumentation, but only FYI, reviews based on the experience of the customer, my experience went through traffic to a place that should be open, no letter left at the door, just a closed door with the TV inside, spend more time to fix your mistakes instead of trying to make retorts for valid reviews. The food tastes really good, I had the crushed cuts, Mac, Kohl, Maisbrotreis. The service was really good, very polite and polite. I didn't wait too long, but I picked up the order through the door. I just love everything about it definitely will be back!!!! Very recommended if you? re in the area enjoy some good Southern style soul food!

Where do I start? When ordering she acted like she had an attitude when asking questions about the menu. She makes you wait 1hr when your the only one. There are no descriptions on what the plates include such as the smothered porkchop. Its a baked porkchop smothered in brown gravy however it lays on a bed of rice. Which is not stated on the menu and she (server or whoever) didnt mention it either when asked. The worst part was that the smothered pork chop was too salty like she dropped the salt in it. Also the brown gravy was in my 2 sides which changed the taste of them and ruined it. The most disappointing thing was the store bought yellow cake with caramel sauce spread on top. I would not be going back.
