Romano's Macaroni Grill Plano

Our server was very attentive and helpful. The food is reasonably priced and was very tasty.

Had not been in quite awhile, but will return again soon, as the food was excellent.

The food and service were excellent. Missy was attentive and fun. The food took a bit long because they had so many take-out orders ahead of ours but our drinks, bread and olive oil were replenished. It was a positive experience.

My husband and I reserved a table through OpenTable, but were told it didn't matter since they will give us whatever table they wanted and we could not choose a table because we chose OpenTable. They said if we had called the restaurant directly and reserved a table, we could have had the table we wanted. We were seated in a crappy area near the hosts. The turkey was dry, there was no sweet potatoes or cranberries offered. The bellini's were of poor quality, hardly any alcohol. My husband ordered the pumpkin tiramisu and I ordered the pumkin canoli. Neither one tasted like there was pumpkin in them. I did not like the chocolate chips in the canoli. The waitress did not seem happy. The only good thing was the apple and sausage dressing.
