Red Hot Blue - Plano

Solid food. The BBQ sauces are honestly not great, but you don't need them. The sides were all really good that we had. Mac cheese, collard greens, mashed potatoes, fries, fried pickles, and baked sweet potato. I don't think I would order the weird cornbread biscuits. They were super dry and just odd, but they came with the meal. I would eat there again.

We've eaten here for 25+yrs. We were recently back in the area after moving away so dropped in. Very disappointing. The interior hasn't been updated in all the time we've been coming. The menu has dwindled and that's OK but the food is mediocre these days. Used to be so good. And with so many BBQs to pick from this doesn't bode well. Sign says new ownership with no alcohol to be served. Another bad omen. We enjoyed it back when. . . .

I hardly know where to start! Brandon and Michael are truly exceptional at this location! The customer service I received was the best I've experienced in a long time. Brandon noticed that I was having a tough day and instantly lifted my spirits with his humor! The food was fantastic and fresh. They are genuinely committed to providing excellent service to everyone who walks in, and their work ethic is remarkable. They worked incredibly well together as a team. Despite being busy, they never showed even a hint of frustration! Both were consistently smiling and incredibly kind. I would wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone!

I visited for a late lunch and was welcomed with amazing service! The food was outstanding. I'm really excited about the new management, Brandon and Michael, and all their efforts to keep this restaurant thriving! There's nothing better than having passionate people enhance your dining experience!
