Pappas Delta Blues Smokehouse - Plano

I absolutely loved our first visit at delta blues! Pete our waiter was amazing!! He was so attentive and had great customer service ! Good amazing food and drinks were so good! We got the BBQ and the banana painkiller and cherry vanilla coke and bourbon ! Loved it !!

Most excellent dinner. Brisket was tender, peppery, and Barry. Ribs were tender and delicious. Steak was ok, but I thought it would taste more like the Steaks at Pappas Bros. It did not. Not seasoned well, and preparation seemed to lack proper char. I will avoid the Steak on future trips. Everything else was top notch.Parking: No issues

All I can say is “WOW” Burger BBQ burger collide and I found the hands down BEST BURGER, YES BBQ/Hamburger all married into this Hugest, tasty ? burger all around! “THE PIT BOSS” ? ??Huge steak cut fries w/ perfect seasoning! My husband enjoyed his brisket plate bite comes with 2 sides and a roll! My son told us the 2 meat combo is beyond delicious and leftovers Our dinner was my other half and shared fries too! Price, atmosphere are both Top Notch! Emily was our sweet waitress with a great upbeat personality, very informative so she completed the experience from start to finish ??? This place is really amazing. Stop by for a quick bit before we saw the cowboys training camp and this place surprised me! I sat down at the bar and the bourbon and whiskey selection was amazing. I didn't plan to drink but with their selection I had a few drinks.Then they had a great deal for restaurant week where I got an appetizer and entrees for like $24 I think but close to that amount. I chose the three meat plate with pork ribs, pork belly, and brisket. I was very surprised by the ribs they were amazing followed by the brisket which was very tender. One of the other entrees was filet mignon that my buddy got and it was very good In his opinion perfectly cooked and seasoned.It was a lot of food and I wasn't able to finish it. I was a little disappointed with the cream corn but the beans made up for it.Next time I'm in Dallas I will be stopping by this place again for sure.

BBQ Brisket was exceptional, the Ribs were amazing...but the corn pudding was someone's Great, Great, Great Grandma's recipe.
