Mcdonald's - Plano

I experimented with the mobile menu hack and wished they would just prepare it for us instead of forcing us to figure it out ourselves. In the end, I ended up eating the items separately rather than combining them as intended.

It's not that I don't like McDonald's, but this particular place is undermined, and probably not entirely of her own doing. The ride through is always busy at the corner of a great intersection. I feel bad for the managers and the employees they are so short employees. Food: 4/5

It's hard to evaluate McDonald's. Like most fast food is hit or miss, and this time it was a miss. Service was good as usual and the place was clean, but the chicken nuggets were so overcooked that they look like Wendy's nuggets. Very difficult to eat. Food: 3/5

McDonald's, 400 Jupiter Rd , plano.Pathetic food, i have ordered mc chicken, fries and nuggets. All of them were so badly served, i could literally smell the burnt oil or the oil smell was so strong that we couldn't eat a single piece of any food. The nuggets were not properly cooked. And over the top the service was so poor , a senior couple had to wait for more than 7min and it took 14min to serve my order. I would like to give a zero star which is not available unfortunately so they get 1 star.#McDonald's @McDonald's

Waited AT THE SPEAKER for 20 minutes while being completely ignored. They forgot they had two lanes open, and only were taking orders from the lane I wasn’t in. Even though I literally drove up behind somebody who just had their order taken. Absolutely ridiculous, how do you not have a system in place to switch back and forth between the TWO lanes you have open? Is it that hard? I watched as you took more than one order from the other lane skipping me. Not only that, they were only taking like one order every five minutes. I understand if they are busy, but that doesn’t excuse how much of my time you wasted by not paying attention to the drive through lane orders. I tried getting attention politely from the speaker several times, getting no response every time. Eventually just drove off because it was a complete waste of my time and I needed food. They might as well close at night if there service will be that horrendous.
