Bidrage med feedbackIncredible!! This was truly one of the best culinary experiences I’ve ever had! I ordered the short rib, which was probably the largest portion I've ever been served. My husband chose the bone-in ribeye, and it was exceptional as well! We also tried the bacon tasting board, and the desserts were delightful. The service was impeccable, making it an overall fantastic experience!
Now, onto the corned beef sandwich. It was not greasy at all, although the sauerkraut wasn’t great and the Thousand Island dressing was rather cheap. Thankfully, the dressing was served on the side, and the sauerkraut was just okay. The balance of flavors between the ingredients was spot on, and the rye bread was perfectly toasted—just the way I like it. The interior of the restaurant was beautifully decorated; I particularly loved the ceiling. The chairs were comfortable, making everything about this place just right. Plus, parking was easy since it's located in a mall. I will definitely be coming back for more!
On April 22, we returned for a birthday dinner and tried the 240-day dry-aged bone-in strips from 44 Farms. They were superb! We also sampled the five varieties of bacon, which were a real treat. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.
Bacon Sampler Yes! had a great time at the knife to finish, the staff was really accommodating and helped us reserve a room for an event. they managed a large group very and recommended portions they dried aged meat up to 45 days old, 5 types of bacon and many delightful bites. I had the Shanghai lobster, but I think I liked the appetizers most
The Knife is a beautiful restaurant, we enjoyed dinner there. The oysters are quite fresh and lobster is well-cooked. However the special ribeye here is kind of dry and not quite my taste, and the soup they give us is boiling-hot.
