Kfc - Plano

I've visited several chicken spots in the area, and while I understand that things can get hectic, many places tend to make you feel like it's your fault when an order goes wrong. However, this restaurant consistently delivers great service, and if there's ever an issue, they make it right. I highly recommend skipping the Popeyes nearby and heading to this place instead. The food is always warm, and the atmosphere is fantastic!

Delicious chicken that's always crispy and fresh! The staff is diligent about safety, wearing masks and gloves. I've always enjoyed their original chicken, and the kids absolutely love the buckets, extra crispy chicken, and chicken wings. I recently tried the crispy Colonel sandwich, and it was fantastic! The side portions are also generous, with tasty mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and biscuits—perfect for the kids to eat to their hearts' content. The service is great too. Overall, I love this place!

I ordered the spicy famous chicken dish, chicken was hard. I ordered a sweet tea and they gave me unheeded. I went back to let the lady know that she was still having a drink, but it was still unsweetened: the lady who took the orders in the ride was nice, although

Experience on August 2, 2022: I got an order of 2 spicy chicken sandwich and one large popcorn. Popcorn is just fried batter, hardly found 4 piece of chicken. Rest all is just salty, soggy, oily fried batter. It was a to go order. They are not even concerned about customer service. Thrown my order on table and shouted ready and left. I Asked for ketchup and sauce, KFC associate thrown the sauces like a ball inside the brown bag. Made up my mind not to step into KFC anymore. This happened in KFC Coit Rd and Spring Creek in Plano TX. The Worst !PS: I Ignored the first bad experience in the same restaurant but cannot tolerate second time !

Rude drive thru girl calmed she manager overcharged me and couldn't even give a receipt. But my food was good!!
